Feeling like my boyfriend plans nothing

I'm not really sure what to do about this. I am dating someone that doesn't seem to really plan much. For example we see each other once a week, usually Saturday, we go out to dinner and then that's pretty much it. I have a daughter and he doesn't seem to want to hangout when I have her on the weekend. He also always plans stuff on his own for example he's flying to visit his brother plans golf trips out of town etc. he's never tried to plan a trip with him and I. Just feels like no effort. Doesn't seem like he cares to see me more than once a week either.
