Pomegranate is supposed to be really good for pregnancy
Also things like potatoes, pasta etc help you gain energy & fibre as they’re starchy foods & also means you’re fuller quicker without eating too much
Awesome! What about yogurt, blueberries, granola?
@Sarah Kayn yogurt, any kind of dairy is really good as they have calcium in them which is important along with nutrients for baby & you x All types of berries like blueberries, strawberries, blackberries & raspberries have potassium, vitamins c etc which is really good for you x
So you can add them to your granola or oatmeal & have it like that
Leafy greens, legumes, pomegranate juice is a great antioxidant!
Red meat too for iron, dairy (not goat cheese or camembert), lots of greens, wholemeal things (toast or pasta)
I read that in 1st tri, eating green veggies, chicken, fish, nuts and dairy (cheese, milk) , have been proven to be associated with lower miscarriage rates :)
Following! Would love to know this too
