@Billie that is how I’ve been feeling. Cramps, sore nipples, lower back pains, no period. Did ultra early test 2 days ago got a positive and this morning nothing.

Feeling full and hardly finishing my meals, sore boobs and cramps (thought it was period) and then smells made me sick so did a test and was 2 months gone
your test results can fluctuate so early on depending on how hydrated you are. Have you gotten more positive test since your post?
