Track your basal body temperature, this is what I use for "birth control" but also can do this for super accurate window into your cycle if you want to conceived. 🤍 Otherwise most apps just predict and aren't super accurate because it's not actually tracking YOUR body. It's tracking an assumption about your body. I use tempdrop and absolutely love it with my tempdrop thermometer. Paired with an ovulation test that will really help you know when you are about to ovulate, and the temperature will confirm ovulation. 🤍 Also very normal for your periods to be irregular after having a baby. I have only had one last month since November when I had my baby. However, birth control is a brute and definitely messes you up and hurts Fertility, so could be that too! That's why I refuse to use it.
@Nanna thanks and as far as the cycles my OB said it’s not normal for it to be like that and if it’s not there at all or still super irregular in 3 months to come back because it could be something else in my body like thyroid or something
I love flo, been using it for years to track cycles.
I like the clear blue digital test
