I was told I'd need help too. First baby I conceived on birth control. The second took a few months but needed no help. I did bleed with my second but it's because I have RH- blood. So needed a rhogam shot. And other time was sex irritated my cervix. Some bleeding isn't always a concern but always go to a doctor. The first time I went to the hospital because I was so nervous. Glad I did.

I've definitely been in your shoes. I was told I wasn't ovulating and that it would be extremely difficult to get pregnant, if I could at all, and to add to it, I was considered geriatric pregnancy. I went to the hospital with every sight of blood (2-3 times) because I just had to make sure everything was okay. I've had a miscarriage in the past and I couldn't take that heartbreak again. Thank God I delivered over full term to a healthy baby girl. I was allowing fear to stress me out. I know it's easier said than done but don't stress. If going to the hospital puts you at ease, do it. But if you believe in God, KNOW that your baby is a blessing and God is helping you every step of the way.

I mean that's ridiculous loads of women get pregnant with PCOS. I bled a bit around 15-16w after certain activities. It was bright red but it stopped very quickly and was not much at all. I was fine.
