Air beam tents
Hey guys I’ve just come back from camping with my lg which was mostly successful (yay) but the old faithful tent had its final year and me and my friend are looking at seperate tents for next year due to her and my lgs schedule clashing. We’re thinking maybe an air beam tent has anyone used one what is it like to put up and put down can you do it by yourself? We had a vango Icarus loved the size of it and height but definitely needed is two to put it up and take down

We love our inflatable tent. We have a 6 man one which my fiancé mostly does on his own while I look after the kids but it’s easier with 2 people. Possibly due to the size.

We have a Berghaus air tent and I would say I *could* put it up alone - but I know I couldn’t lift it alone, in or out of the car or bag. So if you had a friend to help with the lifting and then could inflate it yourself maybe? It’s great though, so easy to put up you just peg it out and pump the beams with the hand pump. You can also use a car pump but we don’t! X
I have a berghaus air tent. They are very heavy but I can put it up and down myself no problem. Only takes 15mins to put up and down. X
Hey, we’re currently camping. We have a eurohike with air beams. Putting away is easy, only part that we find difficult to do without two people is putting the front pegs in without it dropping. But so much easier than what we had before x
