Christmas & birthday presents

I know it’s still a couple months away but I’ve started to think about buying gifts for my daughters first Christmas & birthday. She is born on the 27th so I am just splitting whatever I get her for both days. I’m planning to only buy her stuff in sales, charity shops or on vinted. Was thinking of getting her clothes and a few toys but what ideas have you got to buy for your babies as gifts? I don’t want to go over the top but still want her to have some stuff. We are also taking her to build a bear to get her birthday bear
