Xray on Hips
I had my baby in March at 39weeks+1day, he was 8lbs 4oz. He has his 4 month appointment this afternoon and has to get an xray on his hips because he was breech. Has anyone else’s baby had to get an xray because of being breech? I’m so nervous for it to happen later today

Yeah you get to go into the room and be with them while it’s done. Took less than 5 minutes and you get told straight away the results :)
It’s common practice to be offered the scan if your baby was breech. Both my babies have had the scabs, and they’ve been fine ☺️
Yep, we had to do it around 3 months. It was super fast and my doctor called next day with results.

Yeah my wee girl was born in January and had this scan done too due to being breech. The scan was really quick they put her on her side in a special pillow kinda thing. She seemed to like it. Was very quick and chilled environment :)
