My daughter was crying saying her lip hurts so I looked in her mouth and saw this white looking soar on her gum.

@Jaime I started googling it and I believe it’s a “canker sore.” It says those are painful 😕
Ulcers. I got them a lot and still do. Mouth wash and oral gel

A common virus. Put the teething gel on the sore and it will help with the pain
It’s a canker sore. I get them all the time but I’m B12 deficient. If she gets them too often get her blood work
@Jackie google says acidic food, minor injuries, stress or certain deficiencies can cause them
