I'm currently on the patch birthcontrol but my milk supply went away and now I want to try the pill but idk what brand to use, what are the brands of birth control you guys use?

Talk to your doctor about using birth control without estrogen because estrogen is linked to lowering milk supply in some people
@Aryana did it make you gain weight? Trying to find one that doesn’t cause a bunch of crazy side effects, seems like they all do

@Aryana if you don’t mind me asking, how long have you been on it? Have you had any side effects since you been on it?
I’ve been on it for a month! And no side effects that I’m aware of! It seems to be doing its job n I feel great :) everyone is different though!
i got the mirena iud and haven’t had any issues!

I’m using yaz! My milk is still there and it has different horomones than regular birth control! I was anti birth control for so long but this seems to be working :)
