Oh this is horrible

I’m only 4-5 weeks according to clear blue test, got loads of really strong positive tests since last weekend. I’ve woken up this morning to some red bleeding and some cramps that sort of feel period like. I’m convinced this must be the end of this journey, I know so many people go through it but it’s just so sad isn’t it.
