Issues with delivery companies

Sorry this is more of a rant than anything but has anyone had issues with delivery companies? Amazon always brings parcels to my front door but on the most important delivery they left it in the parking lot 😑 ended up being taken and it was the baby’s crib 😭 every time I call they keep adding 3 days to when they will issue a refund. First it was a day after the delivery one agent told me to call back and I will get my money back, did that but got told by a new agent to wait 24 hours, waited again now being told 3 days and called back on the 4th day.

Pay with credit card, and if you don't get the product, query the transaction as "business did not deliver". This is what I do when thigs like that happens, I get the balance on the card 24 H after the complaint. I never pay online with debit card. My advice. Good luck😊

Yes I had this issue with my baby’s swing and bouncer 😩

It got worse because that same day I got an Uber order and I always tell them can they come to the front door (I’m on ground level) because I’m very pregnant. The driver stated that if I didn’t come to the parking lot he would cancel my order 🥲
