Sickness bands

Has anyone used anti sickness bands and would recommend? I’m looking at the frida mum sickness bands as I want to try avoid taking anti sickness tablets just yet, just not sure if there a waste of money!

YES YES YES I swear by these!

Amazon cheap and cheerful they all do the same thing!

Ahh amazing thank you so much! I’ve just ordered one on Amazon to come tomorrow 🤞it works!

Yes! I just got cheap amazon ones as they all do the same thing and it definitely takes the edge off x

Ooooh this is a great idea. I nearly called the doctors today but would rather avoid if I can. Will give this a try

I use sea bands and they have helped for me I think.

I have these exact ones!! They help from about week 5 for around 1/2 weeks but then I can to get a prescription ☺️

Do they work on pressure points? I did some first trimester yoga on YouTube this morning for pressure points and it helped for a while!

@Kirsty why don’t you want to speak to the drs? If you’re suffering you should. I feel like women have been gaslit for so many years to feel like we shouldn’t make a fuss, but I can’t think of many men would accept that vomiting several times a day is something they should manage themselves. Look after yourselves ❤️

@Harri to be honest they are almost impossible to deal with at times, and that's if they ever answer the phone. It's the same with many surgeries near where I live too, they've made it really difficult to get an appointment

Update on the bands - I wore them most of the day and felt so much better! Took them off to get a shower and the nausea came back straight away🤢 It says not to wear them all day but until I can get in at the doctors next week they are staying on 👍🏻😂

I wear mine all day just not at night, take them off when I go to bed and put them on after I shower in the morning
