Take away/quick meals

I've had such a busy day my feet are killing me! Does anyone have any take away or quick packet style meals that they have found are good enough to not spike their levels. I'm not on any medication so am trying my hardest to control with my diet but today all I crave is carbs and sugar! 😭 Thank you! X

I used to have chicken shish kebab or wrap ☺️ but tbf i could eat maccy ds and still be under it was only ever my morning fasting levels i struggled with.

Am going to try German donner kebab with salad and some chips

Curry takeaways have been good for me - Creamy style chicken Thai dishes have been excellent! Just have a half portion of rice.

KFC always seems to be good for me and dominos thin base with double chicken and bacon 2-3 slices max and then the chicken wings always work out for me

I am usually fine with McDonald's chicken nuggets and side salad

Kfc. Asda ,make your own pizza with sourdough base. MC DONALDS chicken selects and small fries. Chicken masala, and cheesy chips. Kebab.
