Dropped supply in one breast

I've noticed today that my left breast has significantly reduced its supply, while my right breast has remained the same. I've also got pain in my left nipple, but not engorged or anything. I'm 5 weeks PP and pump every 3hrs - no changes made to this pattern. Any ideas?
