Braxton hicks?

Have you started getting Braxton hicks yet? I’m seeing my doctor today and will confirm, but I am Braxton hicks started last night. I have read/ heard it can start as early as 20 weeks, but usually a 3rd trimester game, I am 25 weeks today. In the last 12 hours or so I have noticed about 5-6 episodes of my uterus becoming like rock hard, not painful, just hard it feels a little strange but with a deep sensation and usually gone with in a minute. Just curious when in the pregnancy people have noticed it so far.

I think that I've had it happen a couple times? Since around 23 weeks and I'm 25 now

haven’t noticed anything yet im at 23 weeks

Yes I’ve noticed it already I’m 24 weeks.

Yes, I had them start around 20 weeks. Same thing just like hardening/tightening of my belt. I didn’t get them with my son until almost the end of my pregnancy but it can happen in the second trimester too

I’m 26 weeks and I honestly have them daily. They’re benign and not painful at all. I had them with my previous pregnancy as well. Whenever the baby rolls it triggers one but my doctor said they’re not harmful at all

No, I haven’t currently 24 weeks. Not sure if that’s normal?

I’ve had it a couple times but not too often. I had lower back pain that radiated to the front and then my instinct said I needed to squat. It went away after 20 seconds of squatting and then the next time my stomach tightened and the back pain came back. That was at 22 weeks and 24 weeks and it’s pretty normal just your body getting ready by practicing

26 weeks and have had them already as well

I just talked to me doctor, if you are feeling it frequently it can be a sign of doing to much - walking to far, to many stairs, otherwise being over active. She said take it easy or back off a little when you are noticing it more frequently.

I’ve had Braxton hicks since 17 weeks this time around. They are not a concern unless they develop a regular pattern of more than two an hour become painful or are accompanied by other symptoms of labor. Just think of them as your body warming up for the labor race. Mine happen every day, changing position too quickly, a full bladder or being super active tend to spur them and they don’t last more than 30 sec or a min with no pain just slight tightness and solid feeling. I’ve noticed days I am bad about hydration I have more.

26 weeks here and I don’t think I’ve got them. I need to read more on it to understand what it feels like and what to expect.

I'm having SO MANY. this is technically my 3rd pregnancy so idk if that plays into it. It's been happening every single day and some of them are fairly painful

I've Gotten them at 22 weeks and now 24 weeks! Very painful! Never had it with my First pregnancy..

24 weeks and started feeling them yesterday. Just drink lots of water could be dehydrated!
