7 month old still wakes up at night

My 7month old still wakes up every 2hours at night and it’s exhausting. I brought it up to her dr and she recommended adding rice flour or oatmeal to help keep her full in the day. Tried it but she still wakes up. She is also hungry (she doesn’t eat a lot throughout the day) and not just eating because she is used to waking up around this time

Hopefully she grows out of it soon , my baby loves those organic pouches with fruits and veggies , I always do one of those before bed time with a oatmeal bottle , and he's out like a light , his bedtime is around 8/9 and he slept until 8am this morning it almost scared me cause sometime he wakes up before then , you also try less naps throughout the day , and more playtime , and is it like a bull blown wake up ? Cause my baby will wake up but I won't pick him up or anything unless the cry is over like 10 mins , cause then he will just roll over and fall back asleep

My 7.5 month baby also wakes up a minimum of 2 times every night!!

Omgggg I’m right there with you. I am B E A T!

1am 3am 4/5am but truly every two/three hours throughout the day.

Same with mine. About every 2-3 hours. I do everything they say, give him food,a bath & a bottle to wind down. But wakes up just the same. I am really worn out!!!!

Ok hear me out. Im a first time mom but grew up with plenty of younger kids who I was in charge of. I can never stress this enough, sleep schedual is a must! And just as important, wear your kid out. Do they have too much energy? Bounce them, teach them how to jump without a jumper and bounce them on the floor, play with all there favorite toys, tickle them and Take them on a walk in a stroller for 30 minutes. Feed them. They will sleep i promise you. I always see parents not knowing what to do with there hyperactive kids , jumping off the walls till they just crash. Please just play with your kids. It realy does help. It takes like an hour.

This was us…read the Ferber book and went from night feedings at 11, 1, 3 and 5 to now just 5 am. We figured our our little was associating nursing with sleep. We cut out 1 feed at a time and took a break between each cut. Each time took 3-5 days but I think we are all much happier now!
