How do I teach my 16month old to eat using a spoon?
He's fine to feed himself using hands otherwise we spoonfeed him. BLW has just been him exploring food with his hands really! How do I transition to a spoon, when I've tried he just grabs the spoon and puts it in his mouth/plays with it rather than actually eating food with it - any advice? X

As above. Just keep giving him a spoon and use one in front of him and he’ll get there.

Just keep offering it and showing him how to use one whilst you eat too. He will get it quite quickly I expect, my boy started using one around 11-12m and it took a few weeks I’d say
