Spotting… Period?

Hi mommas, So I started spotting about a week ago but it’s only when I wipe, I do also have cramps here and there… Do you think it’s my period coming? I am trying to consider all the factors: I am exclusively breastfeeding, I recently got on birth control (Depo), I had nasty time 2 times about 2 weeks ago, my baby just turned 3 months old today If you’ve had your first period postpartum, what was it like? Heavier? Lighter? Painful?

Mine was heavy but absolutely no pain at all! No symptoms was very odd! I'm 3 months PP xx

Mines just very odd! It’s just on & off bleeding and sometimes it’s brown and other times it’s red like normal period blood! It’s not even been too heavy either like it used to be and my baby is 3 months today too and I’ve had a period I think twice?

With my first child I had a 3 day period and it wasn’t heavy but with my second child he’s 3 months and I had a period it lasted longer than my first and quiet heavy but then I had the depo on the 19th of June and my period hasn’t stopped but it started heavy but it’s stops then starts again couple of hours later but it’s like spotting now but apparently it’s normal with the depo x

I had mine for about 4 days, then nothing for a few days and it came back very heavy for a few more days. I didn’t have any pain with it.

My first was very very heavy, second and third were also heavy. I’m just now starting to feel endometriosis symptoms with my period but when it first started the cramping wasn’t that bad.
