Covid

A little backstory is needed first. My mother-in-law and I have a catering business. We have a catering Saturday night. My husband has only watched our six month old daughter once. He said it was the scariest thing he had ever done. he is supposed to watch her Saturday night while we go work but is now wanting to take his father out to eat. He wants my mother to watch her. I texted my mother and she called and said that she had a coworker test positive for Covid. She said that he was only in the office for less than three minutes to drop off a check. So I texted my husband and he does not seem bothered by this at all. He is comparing this to daycare. I don’t know how I feel about it. He is blowing this off and not showing any concerns. Am I overreacting by being upset with him for his lack of concern?

I wouldn't be concerned about the covid either.. but.. I'd be pissed he's refusing to watch his own baby. Scary? He's gotta get over that. He's a parent now. Tell him practice makes perfect

Idk…we’re dealing with Covid right now because a friend of my mom’s visited her and didn’t tell her she was feeling under the weather. This visit lasted 10-15 mins max & my mom caught Covid and passed it on to my 9 month old. While I don’t send my baby to daycare (making me cautious about exposures) I still wouldn’t want my baby exposed even if I did

Tell him to grow up and watch his own child it takes two to make one it takes two to raise one. My baby had Covid at 6 months and it was terrible don’t risk it
