8 month old not crawling yet

My LG isn’t crawling either. She’s 8 and a half months. I’m not worried. She’s very happy rolling around 😂

My little boy will be 9 months next week and barely rolls around and isn’t crawling yet. He’s been rocking on all fours for the last week and doing the odd plank but other than that he just likes to sit or lay on his tummy and pivot around / slide himself backwards. My brother has a little girl who is nearly 7 months and she is already crawling so it’s hard not to compare. I’ve seen her crawling around and getting into anything and everything though so I’ll enjoy the peace whilst I can 😂

My little girl is 9 months on the 6th and isn’t crawling, she doesn’t pull herself up on anything either. She’s just happy rolling on to her front she doesn’t move anywhere x

My lo has no interest in crawling either. Happy to sit and be held up to stand. She's been lunging forward from sitting and sprawling onto her front, only to roll to her side again lol.

I had a physio app for my little girl yesterday for something different and the lady made me feel really bad. I was quiet happy for her to not be crawling yet as she just laughs at me when I try to encourage her 🤣 but this physio lady said they have to be crawling by now and sit up form laying down by herself. She just face plants the floor and laughs 🤣 x

My oldest didn’t crawl until she was 9 months & was then walking by 11 months. My youngest was crawling from 7 months & at 9 months is trying to walk. Remember every baby is soooo different x

@Charlotte all these ‘experts’ have different advice that contradict each other, so I take it all with a pinch of salt. If your LO is content, then don’t worry about the milestones. Every baby is different, and will focus on different skills. Mine is currently focusing on what noises things make when you bash them 😂

I never crawled, I ended up only walking... Maybe you're little one will miss the crawling stage and go into walking x
