Honest mistake and I'm freaking out!

I gave my 9 month old raw miso with cottage cheese. I often have it for taste but i didn't know babies are not allowed it! I've given her 2 oz of water because that's only how much she would take. She wouldn't take anymore! And I've given her about 3 oz of milk. I'm not sure how much miso I gave but it was a little bigger than a cotton bud head mix with a spoon of cottage cheese. Please help!

If baby isn't having a reaction, then I wouldn't worry. My baby girl is allergic to many things, but soy wasn't one of them. She actually used soy formula because she has cow's milk allergy. The regular formula made her vomit and break out in hives. If baby has a reaction, call your pediatrician

Don’t worry, my toddler has put cat litter in his mouth and he’s still alive 😂. They’re very resilient and now you know for next time ☺️

Totally fine. That's a very small a amount. The risks are sodium toxicity and allergy. If no reaction then shes not allergic, and 5oz of water/milk should be plenty to dilute the sodium in that small amount.
