BIG MAD AT NATERA & THE OFFICE

NOW I’ve been reaalllll patient. Natera submitted 7/15. Received 7/17. I have religiously been checking this portal and the ENTIRE time it has said “no active tests” I’m sitting here thinking ok, it’s not active cause the results aren’t ready. ……… WHY DID THE REFERRAL HAVE THE WRONG EMAIL. Sooooo i got the text message that told me my results were received… register with this link. I register with my name and email. Which is a gmail. Why does the referral have all the correct information… but it’s Hotmail. I had to call 3 times to Natera, just to be told… the results were ready 2 DAYS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!! No text. No email. I check the little referral slip. And okay. Natera doesn’t let you edit your email if you sign up with google. I have 3 separate tickets. My email was updated 2 hours ago, no results so I call again. Just delete that account and send my results ONLY to me not someone else’s email. He says it might take 2-3 days. Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh. What the actual flipping penguin ice turds is this?!! I am actually really mad. But if they would just GIVE ME THE GOT DOG RESULTS…. ILL THINK ABOUT GETTING OVER IT! 😡 Fuming. Hormonal. Rage. 😤
