Yelling and screaming
My 15 month old yells constantly. It’s her way of communication right now but it turns into screaming. I was told to either ignore the yelling and respond to not yelling but I feel like it just turns into screaming either way. Please tell me I’m not alone, kinda drives me crazy 😂

My daughter has a "dolphin screetch"! It is deafening!! It is a happy/excited noise but, ouch!! It Hurts my ears!

My daughter is 16 months and she just randomly screams through out the day while she plays
my 15 month old too.
We still get screaming but baby sign has been a life saver
Would whispering maybe help? When my daughter is upset with diaper changes I sing or talk really quietly, it usually peaks her interest and she is able to calm down (not always of course).. it helps keep me regulated through the screaming at the very least lol

My middle daughter did this and the crazy thing that worked was getting down to her level and tell her use her words I will not respond to yelling and screaming so for a while I would have to remind her to use her words no yelling
