i am so tired, like it hits 5/6pm and i’m just exhausted, is there anyway of helping this? i have a few appointments which are early so i can’t exactly sleep in in the mornings 😬

Coffee ☕️ It’s the only way I have energy. Supplement with a caffeine source. If you drink it around 2-3 it should still be in effect at that time for you.

Have you been tested for anaemia?

Go to bed early?

GIRL it get that. Mines pretty opposite I end up staying up all day unable to sleep 5 am rolls around and I sleep for 12 hrs then get up. I literally can’t get up before 5 pm
