@Beth thank you! Having some latching issues but otherwise both doing well. No her c section was week 38 due to my history of previous abdominal surgery, they weren’t concerned about her weight and would have preferred me to go at 39+ !
Gorgeous 😍 congratulations mama! And hoping she latches soon and gets the hang of it 🩷 I agree with taking the measurements with a pinch of salt as my previous baby was supposed to be “big” and they estimated over 8lbs but she came out a dinky 6lbs 7 ounces. In this pregnancy I’m ignoring all their estimations 🙈

Congratulations 🩷. That’s good to know regarding sizes, I’ve been told they are estimating no 2 is 8lb 9oz at 37 weeks, I’m still waiting on a c section date as they don’t want me to go over again. My first was big, so not expecting a little baby. Just want this one here now 😂 x

Congratulations she's beautiful. Our boy was born via elective c-section too at 40 weeks weighing 9.2lbs. He was measuring at 8.6lbs 5 days before my section so ours was pretty spot on. Although I know many that have been told the are having a big baby and babys been small or a normal weight x
Congratulations she is beautiful! Hope you and baby girl are doing well! Can I ask did they do your section at that gestation solely down to her measuring big? I’m in the same position and been told I may have to go to 39 and 6 because they’re ’so busy’ in August x
