How to take magnesium during breastfeeding?

I love Natural Vitality's CALM Magnesium. Also, Earthley's Goodnight magnesium balm on the back of the knees. 💕

Capsules are okay. I also don't like all the extra additives. I don't know where you're from but there's a UK brand called 'elivide' and they don't add any additives to their magnesium, in the US its the brand 'seeking health' that I found to be good

I love CALM magnesium too! I take it at night as like a wind-down tea, but could be refreshing as a cold drink as well!
