@Terri I’m only 4 weeks 2dsys pregnant so I haven’t had any appointments yet 😅
The advice that I have come across is to not do any new forms of exercise during pregnancy but if you were doing it already, you should carry on as much as your body allows. You can also ask your job to do a risk assessment.
I work on intensive care and was working clinically doing full manual handling until 31 weeks when I took annual leave that led onto maternity leave. Your midwife/ consultant can advise on what you should/ shouldn’t do ☺️ x
