Pregnancy after c section

Hey ladies ! I’m honestly very stressed out. I’ll be 6 months post c section on the 7th August, and I’ve also had the implant fitted in my arm back in May ( nexplanon ). Today I did a digital test because it stopped my period and I wanted to make sure I’m not pregnant but it came up with “ Pregnant 1-2 “. I did two other tests ( boots brand , pink dye ) however they are negative and I’m honestly at a loss for words. These past few days I’ve been having slight brown discharge and didn’t think anything of it as last week I tested negative. I called my GP and they said they don’t do bloods as they think the tests are accurate but I’m not sure what to think. I will re test tomorrow morning first thing and in a weeks time but did anyone else fall pregnant shortly after their c section? I am honestly so worried for it, so many thoughts are racing through my mind, I know it will be a high risk pregnancy but can someone please give me some words of encouragement :(

First and foremost mama, breathe. You got this no matter what the outcome is. My boys are 11 months apart, I didn’t have my period between birth and getting pregnant. I freaked out because we already had another one before that and miscarried before our second. All the thoughts ran wild, didn’t tell anyone for half the pregnancy, BUT I did find comfort in knowing there were usually 8-10 months to prep for the baby. Do you have a good support system? If so, awesome. If not, please feel free to message me any time. I’m not one to push religion, but if you’re a Christ follower, take all the comfort you need in Him. He will see you through. But the best advice I can give, which is easier said than done, is don’t panic. You’re already an bc amazing mama, this is just adding more love to the family.

I got pregnant 10 months post c-section and the consultant said they prefer 6+ months; but it will be okay xx

Thank you both 🤗 @Chelsie did your scar hurt and did you need a second c section due to that?xx

No, I got given the option, I did have a second c-section, went over the same scar it took me a little while longer to recover but absolutely fine xx
