Thank u for responding to this post. Gosh I’m just so torn if I should get off this birth-control or not. Like I am sick of being so forgetful and tired from this birth-control but it last three years 🤷♀️
Cranberries (water, juice, sauce, tea) ♥️ More herbal tea 🌿 thyme, biting nettle, lemon balm... Zink,magnesium, vit C. Cut on eggs dairy and gluten (best) (they feed pathogens in your body then they make troubles) What about heavy metals? They can influence the memory depending on where they are. (Short or long memory) 🧠 Row garlic and onion (qacamole)
You can have it removed sooner, I didn’t have one in for long as it made me gain loads of weight & it wasn’t the right one for me.

I used to take contraceptive medication (for 10 years) until I realised how depressed & lethargic they made me (i had to try & pin point when the depression & anxiety began & it took me almost 10 years to realise it was caised by the meds), I stopped taking them and within 3 weeks or so my dark depression had lifted completely & I was back full of energy! I've never ever taken contraceptive medication again & haven't had a touch of depression since.
