Relactating at 9 months?

Is it possible to bring milk back after 9 months? I had a c section in November and just felt very overwhelmed with everything so after a couple of feeds in the hospital went to bottle feeding. I don’t know why it’s taken so long but I really want to try and express milk (she won’t go to my boob, she just cries & gets frustrated!) I have a double electric pump but will it actually work? How long do I need to give it? I’m aiming to pump for 20 mins 8 times a day. Any help appreciated 🥰
