Most fertility clinics won't take you until you've been actively trying for a year. That being said I lied after 9 months and said we had been trying for a year bc I felt like something was up and I was right. We had male factor infertility. If you feel like you've been actively trying at the correct times of your cycle, there's no harm in getting your husband's sperm tested and getting yourself tested
Also do not try any supplements people suggest on here without consulting with your OB first.
I agree that they'll want to know it's been a year. Just fudge the dates a bit and tell them you've been trying for "about a year". No reason to wait to do some basic checks. Start with your primary care doc who can order some labs to confirm you are ovulating. And have your partner get a semen analysis.
Try Geritol or mucinex
