Please advise for daycare/school for toddler

Ladies, What’s a very good daycare/school in and around chandler,AZ that’s good for a 2.5yr old boy. He goes to a day care right now in gilbert, which was great until recently as we started getting concerned about the way the teachers are handling my son. I am looking to change to a better one where they actually care and nurture the kid. Please provide any suggestions and details of a place that you really like.
