Poor Energy Supplier.

Hello Mums, I have just recently moved to Burnley a week now. I am worried the company supplying my home energy and gas “Utilita” will not be of great service to us as we are already having issues with the service they are providing us currently. Our electricity especially is running out so fast and it is devastating having power go off on us. I am completely new to the Burnley area and this is our first rental since we relocated to the UK. Can I change our energy supplier and if yes, can you please suggest which is the best service provider in Burnley. Thank you. I’ll appreciate as many responses as I can get.

You can change suppliers and I am currently with utility warehouse and they are 100% great 😌 not had any issues x

You can change supplier I’m not sure which ones are good as I’m with Utilita pay as you go I hope you find a company that works best for you x

@Danielle We have an engineer appointment with them who was suppose to come in since 8am and till now no show. My husband has reached out and they said they will be here 12noon it’s past 12noon now. I was hoping I will be able to speak to them directly if there’s a reason our electricity is running out so quickly but well they are not here yet. Doesn’t say well of a company.

The engineer should message when they are nearby or ring you, ring the customer service people explain the electric is about to go off and you just need to know where the engineer is

@Danielle Thank you so much. My husband rang them and told them we are out of power and the sent the engineer. Now hoping they do something about the electricity running out fast.
