Would you get checked for endometriosis?

Had a successful pregnancy with no issues in 2020 when I was 32. Since then, I’ve had 3 early losses over the past 2 years. Always felt like I was ovulating on my left side when this occurred. Gotten all testing done with R.E., saline sonogram, endometrial biopsy, HSG, bloodwork, saw a hematologist, karyotype testing, husband got tested, etc. nothing came back off except thyroid TSH slightly high for someone TTC and went on synthroid to successfully lower that. But for about the past 7-8 months I’ve had bad ovulation pain when I ovulate on my left side only, it seems to be getting worse each month. I feel it at various times in my cycle but usually it’s around ovulation, a little before and after. Maybe 3-4 days of cramps that are almost as bad as period cramps. Lots of tingling feeling and full ache in pelvis. Pms like symptoms with moodiness and bad bloating. Those are my only symptoms . Would you get checked for endometriosis ? Does this sound like anyone’s experience with it?

So sorry for your losses. Might be worth asking for it to be looked into as better to explore all ends than be left wondering, if you can. I tend to ovulate from one side more than other as my endo has stuck on tube to itself. I have started to have some problems with pain again recently and I’m not quite 40 so I am wondering if it’s my endo getting worse again hopefully rather than perimenopause as I’d like the option of another baby if my body allows. I need to ask for it to be looked at again, possibly another laparoscopic surgery to remove it again. Does what they’ve done so far also cover looking for PCOS?
