Spotting; Early Pregnancy

Hi ladies, My last period was back in early June so I am guesstimating at this time that I am somewhere between 5-6 weeks. I experienced a miscarriage 6 months ago (Dec 2023) and was incredibly happy to see a positive test this July. However, I started seeing a very, light spotting as I wipe after urinating and its causing me concern. I have a doctor’s appt coming on Tuesday, next week but would appreciate some feedback. Should I go to the emergency room? I dont have much cramping, (its seldom and mild). I am only very nauseous and have aversions to meats! Any kind words or advice would help. I am trying to stay positive this time around.
