Breastfeeding with no period& having pregnancy symptoms

I’ve been breastfeeding my son now for 14 months. I stopped pumping 2 months ago as he is drinking whole milk as daycare now but still nurses when he wants while we are home and out. I haven’t had a period in 2 years Last week I started getting lightheaded and having light cramps, breast feel heavy and my nipples are super sensitive. I took a ovulation test Thursday night, the premom app said I was at a high peak 🤷🏻‍♀️ I then took a digital test Friday morning came back positive took 2 more test they came back negative, went to the walk in clinic took another test came back negative waiting for the blood test to come back Took 3 more test this morning all came back negative. Has anyone experienced this before? To have pregnancy symptoms with negative test and later on find out you’re pregnant or was it something else causing the symptoms.

I felt like this a few weeks ago, my son is 13 months haven’t had a period, but turns out my health is just declining but now I’m worried I won’t be able to have any more if I don’t get in better shape.

@Day I haven’t been able to lose the weight I gained when I was pregnant so maybe that’s why I’m feeling this way

I took about 6 or 7 tests which came back negative when I was pregnant with my son and then once I got to 4 weeks pregnant it then showed as pregnant! Thing is a positive test is much much less likely to be wrong because its identifying there is a presence of hcg in your urine, whereas negatives can happen for many reasons eg. Too early, too hydrated etc xx

@Lauren I’m not sure what’s going on. I keep having negative test after my digital test came back positive on Friday morning. The test I took Saturday morning all came back not pregnant or negative (took a digital and two dye test). The doctor at the walk in asked if I was on a prenatal and if I wasn’t I should pick some up just in case. Which has me super confused. I was supposed to find out the results of the blood test yesterday but I still haven’t heard anything back from them

@Ruth have you heard anything now? It's just SO rare to get a false positive but so much more likely to get a false negative! Especially a digital test as they require a higher level of hcg to show as positive x
