Ads for products that help?

I am sure like most of you I am on social media, and I Google stuff on my phone all the time about TTC and staying pregnant etc. So now obviously the algorithums have got me and am bombarded on my feed by to ones of products claiming to help you get pregnant and or stay pregnant. Whilst I view these all with great sceptism, as I do lots of adds on social media. I am no becoming desperate enough to wonder.... Are any of them worth it? Do any of them work? What do you guys think? What's your experience with any of them, if you have any? Or do you think they are all just taking advantage of the desperation?
