Why would you need to? 🤔

When pregnant your LH is high

No it’s not. LH exists to make your body ovulate. A function it stops doing during pregnancy. But chemically LH and HCG are chemically very similar so SOMETIMES ovulation strips detect HCG and confuse it for LH so gave a positive result. If you’re checking for pregnancy stick with pregnancy tests and you’ll get a much more reliable result.

I do do both but the LH reads as high when pregnant ! It was just a question as people said that you can’t test in the same pee that’s all

I don't see why you couldn't. Just separate the tests so they don't bleed into each other. And actually yes lh does pick up pregnancies. I tested my lh at 10dpo and it was very high. Got a positive hcg that same day.
