Using a comb to help with pain during labour!! 🤯

Using a comb to manage pain in labour! Yes you heard right - a comb can be an effective form of pain relief during birth! By gripping a comb in your hand during labour, you help to stimulate acupressure points which... 🩷 Releases endorphins (your body's natural pain relief) 🩷 Blocks pain signals 🩷 Helps you to focus The comb I am using in this video is by the wonderful Midwife Lily and I have teamed up with Lily to include a guided relaxation audio to use alongside the comb! Get yours now as Yuula has a summer sale on at the moment! 🏖️ Link below : Yuula.co.uk Have you used a comb during labour? Share your experience below.

I used one for both deliveries and it worked wonders! During my first I broke the comb and my husband and I just looked at each other like what now!? Decided to buy much better quality second go round lol

I tried to use this...but then got carpal tunnel syndrome in pregnancy...I was gutted I couldn't feel it at all with the pins and needles.

@Tessa ah yes 🤣 a certain type of comb is needed as the flimsy ones can break and sometimes, the plastic ones can really hurt!!! That's why the Yuula one is so good as it's specifically designed for birth 💕
