I had my daughter on the 15th July so she will be 1 month on Thursday as it is the 15th August x
I'm at 16 weeks now and super tempted to swap to months cuz I keep losing count
In a few hours (for it to be Wednesday) my daughter will be 18 weeks, she turned 4 months on the 10th. I try to keep track of both. Though sometimes I end up going to my calendar and counting the weeks 😂😂
Months are not 4 weeks long. Most people count babies age in weeks until about 12-16 weeks and then switch to talking in months
Yeah, 8 weeks on the 21st and 2 months on the 26th. But I'd note that the doctors consider 8 weeks to be 2 months so they do the vaccinations at 8 weeks and calpol (that's not allowed before 2 months) is allowed after the vaccinations because they are "2 months". My little one was born December 25th and I've completly lost count of weeks (but I have a time calculator on my phone I used today to see her weeks for weight tracking - 33 weeks), now I just say months which is every 25th day of the month. And after the 9th I say X months and a half 😅
If you count a month as 4 weeks long then your baby’s birthday will always be on a different date every year. Your baby is a month older on the same date they were born each month as a months aren’t 4 weeks long
@Beth I tried to explain this to my mom before as she didn't quite get it until she googled it 😂

2 months is different to 8 weeks because months are different lengths 😀
2 months on the 26th aug. 3 months on 26th sep and so on 🤍
The months aren’t exactly 4 weeks so the weeks/months won’t align like that. She will be 8 weeks on 21st and 2 months on 26th 😊 I honestly wouldn’t worry about it. At that age people tend to go by weeks so just think of it in that sense. Until you lose count of the weeks 😂
