If my baby used to take 3 naps , I used to target one to take bath and eat my lunch peacefully and one for nap .. I used to take my painkillers just before that nap time and put phone on charge in other room , make it darker ..
I also really struggled with napping in the day so I started listening to sleep meditation videos in bed while baby was sleeping, I found that meditation helped me relax/rest even if I couldn’t sleep and sometimes I would just fall asleep while meditating. Try not to put too much pressure on yourself to be asleep as it will make it harder to fall asleep, any form of rest is helpful and restorative.
