Surprise Surprise

Born 8/8/24 at 2:38am, weighing 7lb11oz and 20.5” I delivered my precious baby froggy Leon Valentine 💘He was supposed to arrive Aug 17 🥲 I was in denial about it even though I could feel it. Nevertheless he surprised me 1 1/2 weeks early. It was a very spontaneous and hard delivery, ending in an emergency c section. It was the biggest thing I didn’t want to have done, it was like everything went downhill in the final hour. Even though I was going into septic shock, when I heard his heart beat of 200bpm I just wanted him to be okay. I’m thankful he was perfectly healthy and nothing was wrong with him. I’m grateful that we both came out of that room together. Leon, I promise to do my best for you and to be who you need me to be as your mother, protector and best friend. My love has only grown so much more now that you’re finally here. I hope you grow up to be strong, confident, happy, full of love and someone you’re proud to be. 🩵 I love you froggy🥰
