Yes! We went last November with our two year old. Really recommend Costa Teguise where we stayed - much closer to airport than other resorts so short transfer time. There's a long car-free promenade to walk down (maybe 5-6km so great for buggy walks or scooting if your LO is confident!)
We really liked the little beach (Playa del Jubillo) rather than the big beach - easy to walk into the sea and shallow quite far out. Nice rock pools for paddling in too and at low tide there's almost a mini lagoon that formed so my daughter could splash there without us worrying about waves.
Hotel was great too, heated outdoor pool (rare!) as well as toddler pool with slides and fountains. We got booked a suite and got allocated a two bed apartment which looked out onto the playground and toddler pool so we could sit on patio and watch her play...ideal. https://www.vitalclasslanzarote.com/en/
And we hired a car for a couple of days, they sorted us a baby seat, and drove to the volcano park, cactus gardens, Mirador del Rio, and the manrique cave house. The aquarium is also in Costa teguise, she loved that
