Lightning crotch !
Has anyone experienced ‘lightning crotch’ in their pregnancy? I get random and sharp pains in my vagina… is this normal?! I’m only 20 weeks 😵💫

I got these a few days before I gave birth! Had really sharp pain quite frequently… NOT to say that it means you’ll give birth in the next few days I think it’s quite normal throughout pregnancy
Yes! I was told normal and nothing to worry about but they could never tell me why. I also still get it even after delivering.

I am 20 week too and I have had lightning crotch for the last couple of weeks. It normal but if you need to be reassured. Talk to your midwife or your midwife's team, as they are there to help. Its the baby hitting, kicking the nerves. I would call the midwife to check anyway.
