Double stroller
Double stroller is a huge win. Shady parks have been a struggle for me but we are working on getting out as much as we can. Cause if we don't get out my toddler won't nap... and mama needs her break to focus on my 12 w old ... get some of that one on one time with her too. Such a hard balance. Fenced in parks and Carriers are your best friend, and play groups 🧡
I vaguely recall having to go to the doctor a few times for one or the other of my kids. I had 3 under 2. If one twin was sick I had to take the other too. If my toddler was sick I had to take all 3. For all their vaccinations I had to take both together as well.
It’s totally fine. Don’t overthink it. Make sure baby is fed and changed before you go and don’t forget the extra clothes just in case! Bring a snack that your 2 year old really enjoys.
i had to take both kids everywhere so first time was 3 day check up for baby had to take my 17 month old too, and i’ve been going to all his baby groups still with both, just have my 9 week old in the sling x
I did a few curbside pickups first. Just to practice getting them in and out of the car. But for their first apppintment I wore my 2 month old and put my son in the stroller. He can walk and we see the doctors in a military base so I was comfortable with him walkin. And I carried him for the few rooms I couldn’t fit his stroller
