We did a total of 2.5 hrs of naps per day with minimum 2.5 hr wake windows which worked brilliantly and got us 12 hrs per night. So our day looked like this; 7am wake 9.15am nappy change into bed 9.30am sleep 10am wake 12.15pm nappy change into bed 12.30pm sleep 2.30pm wake 6.45 nappy change into bed 7pm sleep You can add an optional afternoon nap of 15-20 mins at 4.45, but will need to move bed time until 2.5 hrs after they wake up. Make sure you have white noise and blackout blinds for all sleeps if you can too x
@Henny i would agree with your schedule. Mines the same. Less naps, longer sleep
I would say less naps. Do 3 naps a morning nap, midday and afternoon nap…what I did I made sure my baby wouldn’t nap past 5:30 otherwise he won’t be tired enough for bedtime at 8pm You just gotta try and keep them up longer during the day but it’s hard I know
