I’m giving birth next month at a holistic water birth birth center! Kinda similar but following for advice from home birth mamas!!

Peace and love. I had my first one with my first baby in 2022. Doing it again next month. My advice would be to have a support person, plan for postpartum care/support, be fully informed as you can, consider not telling to many people during your pregnancy (most unexperienced people are very negative) and most of all trust your intuition.

Yes I had one! It was amazing I was able to lay in bed and eat and do anything I wanted. I birthed my boy in the bath tub and then got into bed and was able to relax completely. Make sure you have soft snacks. Waterproof liner on your mattress and if you have carpet put something down! Buy a small speaker if you don’t have one so you can listen to your favorite music in the dark! We bought those fake candles and did everything by candle light it was amazing. 🤩 Good luck mama

Trust in your body and baby ! Practice breathing techniques and a good support system !

I had a free birth with my second and I’m doing the same with my third. I researched everything for a year before I was confident I could do it. I made sure to educate myself on everything that could go wrong as well. I loved my free birth so much, it was completely stress free and so peaceful.
