Yes, first thing in the morning urine is most concentrated, at night it's diluted by water you drank and water in your food throughout the day. That's why it's best to test with first morning urine if you're testing early.

Yes definitely if it’s to early on, first wee of the day is best as it’s at its strongest xx
Just so worried, when I had my first I had no bleeding the test was so blinding positive and this time so faint, bleeding on and off positives and negatives x
