@Jackie oh no 😭 don’t know what to make her anymore.
I'm on that track months ago and I'm still fighting 😅
Hi ladies I'm always dreading the fussy eating part but I remember being pregnant I listening to joe wicks regards children and eating getting them involved in the whole process now it's not easy for every meal but I get her to help, show her the fruit/veg we are aving she helps wash them etc our favourite is healthy pizzas she chooses her toppings,it can be messy and time consuming but it seems to work dt get me wrong we still have melt downs and food refusal at times but as time has gone on it got less and less hope this helps 💕💓
Oh that’s an amazing idea Michelle, thanks so much for sharing. Will definitely be giving that a go
No problem @aoife I take Ròisìn to the farmers market to pick our fruit and veg for the week,we are lucky also to grow our own potatoes and she loves washing them think cos it's messy 😀 also going to lidls letting her juice her own orange juice, and getting the bread from the bakery and the lay out of the fruit of veg makes her interested 😀 now dt get me wrong we have food refusal etc but I dt give options if it's something she normally eats only if it's a new meal/food
My little girl used to be the best at eating too but now she’s getting quite selective 😭 apparently it’s normal though.
